1. Introduction (everyone)

2. Brian read November 2020 notes; notes amended (Tuckman is the correct
author of the article "Developmental Sequence in Small Groups": and the 4
stages of forming, storming, norming, and performing).

3. Discussion of the Amazon LOTR Prime project--what is the 1 strict
condition and why?

4. The Northmoor Project & discussion:
Also Tolkien Society chair Shaun Gunner's email to Tolkien Society members,
stating the Trustees' unanimous decision to not support the Northmoor

5. We each took turns reading a passage that was either funny or inspiring
from the works of J.R.R. Tolkien.
Sarah--Gandalf's introduction of the dwarves to Beorn
Brian--Farmer Giles of Ham, the farmer and his neighbors
Chris--On Fairy Stories
Jerry--conversation between Gandalf and Pippin "...he has been saying many
such cheerful things."
Anthony--Letters from Father Christmas, December 25, 1929
Corey--passage from "the Ride of the Rohirrim", conversation between
Theoden and Ghan-buri-Ghan
Hawke--about Tolkien and his funny, eccentric habits
