3. Beren and Luthien will be released on a new date of June 1, 2017.
4. Geek and Sundry is sponsoring an international tabletop day April 29.
5. Tolkien Gaming News Update from Hawke. May 2-7 touring Western Washington.
6. Chris made comments regarding Tolkien and technology... he was versus heavy industry not against technology as such.
7. Discussion of Hawke's paper on trees.
8. Hawke mentioned Amon Hen 264, events coming up for example Oxonmoot on September 21-24.
